Kuzoa.com is an online service that allows our members to set up unique personal pages that can be linked together through networks of friends. Kuzoa.com members can view each others' pages, communicate with old friends and meet new friends on the service, share photos, post blogs and comments, and describe their interests. To enrich our members' experience, we request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Kuzoa.com members can change their personal information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicate with them.

Information Collection and Use by Kuzoa.com

Kuzoa.com collects user submitted information such as name, email address, and age to authenticate users and to send notifications to those users relating to the Kuzoa.com service. Kuzoa.com also collects other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.

As a matter of policy, except where you are expressly informed otherwise, we do not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information unless required by law or for the protection of our members. However, Kuzoa.com may share user information and aggregate usage information in a non-personally identifiable manner to third parties in order to present to members targeted advertising, products and services. In such situations we will never disclose information that will be used to personally identify you.

User information including members' display photos and display names are displayed to people in order to facilitate user interaction in the Kuzoa.com social networking community. Email addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join Kuzoa.com, to add users to members' friends' networks, and to send notifications related to the service. With the exception of inviting friends, adding friends, and notifications, a user's email address is not shared or displayed to people within a user's personal network unless the user specifically opts to share the information with a group by checking the appropriate box in the account settings. Users within a personal network communicate on Kuzoa.com with each other through the Kuzoa.com service, without disclosing their email addresses. Users' full names are never directly revealed to other members unless specifically authorized by the user. To facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the service, Kuzoa.com allows users to search for other members using first and last name, display name, email address, and schools, locations, and/or companies where users may have attended, lived, or worked.

Invitations to Non-Members

Kuzoa.com members can invite friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. Kuzoa.com does not store the member's login information to any of the 3rd party email clients or social networks available through our automated invitation system. Kuzoa.com may store third party login information for use with panels that require said information (such as the Gmail panel which displays your Gmail inbox on your Kuzoa page).

Kuzoa.com stores the email addresses that members provide so that the respondents may be added to the friend's list of the member sending the invitations, and also to send a reminder of the invitations. Kuzoa.com does not sell these email addresses. Recipients of invitations from Kuzoa.com may contact Kuzoa.com to request the removal of their information from our database.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Cookies are used to provide advanced features on our site. We do not and will not use cookies to collect private information from any user which they did not intentionally submit to us.

Email Preference

Members who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications may choose not to by disabling notification emails in the user's Account Settings.

Changes in our Privacy Policy

From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A User is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted.

Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information on blogs, forums, classifieds or any other public panel, that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.
