Welcome to the Dalarna Cabin. This wonderful Dalarna Cabin is on the 16 acre site of the Main Lodge and is an optional rental for Main Lodge groups. The cabin is set back in the woods by the Main Lodge tennis courts. The Dalarna Cabin can be rented by groups using the Main Lodge, the Hilltop House, or by single families. It is built with the same Scandinavian style that makes all of our facilities so unique. The Dalarna Cabin has open beam rafters, full bathroom, wood stove, well equipped kitchenette, dining nook and sitting area and Swedish designed beds. It sleeps up to 8 people. You must see this cozy cabin to realize the quality craftsmanship and beauty within.
The Dalarna Cabin offers a quaint getaway for wedding couples, guest speakers, or small families. We find cross country skiers, water ski enthusiasts and Mt. St. Helens hikers also love this cabin. It is completely self contained offering all life's comforts. With this cabin you will find a hidden gazebo with a double porch swing and patio chair cluster. It is surrounded by dense foliage and trees and is very romantic!
The area of Dalarna in Sweden is where nature is truly dominates. We have taken photos of cabins that our relatives have in Dalarna and have used their creative use of woodworking in this cabin. The beds are replicas of those that cousin Erik in Malung has in his summer cabin. They are very unique. Check out the photo on the wall that shows Arvid sitting in front of those beds in the cabin.
Welcome to the cabins at the Hilltop House. These are fabulous little efficiency cabins on the Hilltop House site! They are located on the same grounds as the Hilltop House just northeast of the conference room. They are side by side. There is a separate parking area for the cabins. These lovely cabins can be rented by a couple or family not associated with an event at the Hilltop House. Or you can add one or all of them as a part of the Hilltop group. They offer privacy for a couple or a family; yet are close enough to the main facility that they are still a part of the event. Feel free to give us a call and we will arrange a time for you to see them. You can discover for yourself how fabulous they really are!
The cabins are compact in size but welcoming and cozy! Jämtland, Hälsingland, and Småland are provinces in Sweden. We have relatives in each area. We are furnishing the cabins in Swedish style and use framed photgraphs of each province of Sweden to adorn the walls. Each has a couch that converts to a double bed and 2 twin sized mattresses in the sleeping loft.
The Jämtland Cabin has photos of the Östersund and our relatives, the Jennervall family, on the walls. See what life is like up north in Sweden. The Hälsingland Cabin represents the area where Arvid's father was born; a region very close to our hearts. The Småland Cabin is also an location where we have relatives and is a southern part of Sweden. The practical and stylish couch in each cabin is from IKEA . Our guests rave about how comfortable it is. Visiting our cabins gives you a taste of life in Scandinavia.
The cabins have a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a dining area. The three cabins are identical in structure and amenities. You will have first choice if you wish to add them to your existing reservation. At this time we are offering them to our guests of the Hilltop or the Main Lodge at a reduced rate. They will also be available for guests not a part of Hilltop or Main Lodge rentals. Be sure to look at our price list below for the current rates for these unique little hideaways!

CLEANING SERVICES
We ask that you clean the cabin after your stay and ready it for the next guest. There are cleaning supplies in the cabin and a cleaning list of tasks to accomplish. It doesn't take much time to complete the cleaning; They are small cabins!
You may also choose to leave the cleaning to us. A fee will be charged for this service. Please put back furniture, clean dishes used and put away, take person items and food away even if you do choose to have us complete the cleaning of the cabin.
BEDDING SERVICES
Most guests bring their own bedding but if you would like to rent bedding for your stay, that can be arranged. Should you use our bedding please leave the sheets in the bags on the floor, towels on the bathroom floor and blanket and pillow on the couch.

Hilltop Cabins $15 per cabin
Dalarna Cabin: $25 per cabin
If you clean according to checklist, this charge will be waived
Tax: 9.6% on lodging, 7.6%on services
