We request that you utilize Anderson Lodge’s catering service, rather than hiring an outside caterer. You may also choose to have volunteers provide the food (self-catering) if you wish. 

There is a $30/day kitchen fee for self-catering and a $90/day  fee for utilizing an outside caterer.  You are required to communicate with Anderson Lodge for these choices.  Our kitchens are very well stocked and you are free to use our china, flatware, cooking and serving dishes.  You will find plenty of conveniences such as: multiple salt and pepper shakers, water pitchers and coffee carafes, serving platters and bowls, dish towels, ziplocs and foil.  Both facilities have commercial dishwashers and refrigerators. 

Should you wish to leave the cooking to us, we have 2 options for adult menus: Select and Specialized. Select meals contain quality, nutritional meals that you have chosen with your caterer.   You will appreciate the fresh vegetables and homemade dishes our caterers serve.  Nothing but the best for our guests! Specialized meals will be able to accommodate special dietary needs and certain requests.  Again, you will find our meals delicious, nutritional and healthy for everyone. You are in direct contact with the caterer to choose a meal plan that meets your needs.

New to our catering offerings is an Afternoon Tea!  Be sure to call the lodge office if you are interested in adding this delightful event with your group.  A lavish assortment of teas will be offered as well as an array of "finger" sandwiches.  The price is $12pp and I know you will be more than pleased! 

Student meals are tasty and nutritional. You will have a chance to discuss menu choices and meal times with your caterer.  Student meals have less flexibility of menu choices and contain smaller portions than adult meals.  Be sure to designate the ages of your group as we have 2 pricing categories.

Continental breakfasts, appetizers, snack trays, picnic lunches, and brunches are also available.  Contact Anderson Lodge if you have other needs.  We are happy to help out!

Our caterering staff are very experienced in preparing meals for larger groups. Not only do they prepare quality, delicious meals but pay great attention to presentation.  You will be very impressed.  We are happy to accommodate your meal plan and the times for your meals.  You will find at the end of your stay that your attendees will be raving about the food.  Our motto is:  Satisfying meals make satisfied guests!
